And he shall take the two he goats, and present them before the Lord at the door of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.

Then Aaron shall cast lots over the two he goats: one lot for the Lord, and the other for the [a]Scapegoat.

And Aaron shall offer the goat, upon which the Lord’s lot shall fall, and make him a sin offering.
