Leviticus 16:8-10
Amplified Bible
8 Aaron shall cast lots for the two goats—one lot for the Lord, the other lot for the [a]scapegoat. 9 Then Aaron shall bring the goat on which the Lord’s lot fell and offer it as a sin offering. 10 But the goat on which the lot fell for the scapegoat shall be presented alive before the Lord to make atonement on it; it shall be sent into the wilderness as the scapegoat.

Leviticus 16:8-10
New International Version
8 He is to cast lots(A) for the two goats—one lot for the Lord and the other for the scapegoat.[a](B) 9 Aaron shall bring the goat whose lot falls to the Lord and sacrifice it for a sin offering. 10 But the goat chosen by lot as the scapegoat shall be presented alive before the Lord to be used for making atonement(C) by sending it into the wilderness as a scapegoat.
