15 “You may not marry your daughter-in-law—your son’s wife; 16 nor your brother’s wife, for she is your brother’s.[a] 17 You may not marry both a woman and her daughter or granddaughter, for they are near relatives, and to do so is horrible wickedness.

15 “‘Do not have sexual relations with your daughter-in-law.(A) She is your son’s wife; do not have relations with her.(B)
16 “‘Do not have sexual relations with your brother’s wife;(C) that would dishonor your brother.
17 “‘Do not have sexual relations with both a woman and her daughter.(D) Do not have sexual relations with either her son’s daughter or her daughter’s daughter; they are her close relatives. That is wickedness.
