Leviticus 18:19-21

The Message

¹⁹“Don’t have sex with a woman during the time of her menstrual period when she is unclean.

²⁰“Don’t have sex with your neighbor’s wife and violate yourself by her.

²¹“Don’t give any of your children to be burned in sacrifice to the god Molech—an act of sheer blasphemy of your God. I am God.

¹⁹“‘Do not approach a woman to have sexual relations during the uncleanness^(A) of her monthly period.^(B)

²⁰“‘Do not have sexual relations with your neighbor’s wife^(C) and defile yourself with her.

²¹“‘Do not give any of your children^(D) to be sacrificed to Molek,^(E) for you must not profane the name of your God.^(F) I am the Lord.^(G)
