⁵ So you shall keep My statutes and My judgments, ^(A)by which a man may live if he does them; I am the Lord.

²⁸ And He said to him, “You have answered correctly; ^(A)do this and you will live.”

⁵ For Moses writes that the man who practices the righteousness which is ^[a]based on law ^(A)shall live ^[b]by that righteousness.

^12 [a]However, the Law is not ^[b]of faith; on the contrary, “^(A)He who practices them shall live ^[c]by them.”
