²⁴You are not to present to the Lord anything that has bruised, crushed, torn, or severed testicles;^(A) you must not sacrifice them in your land.

Leviticus 22:24

New International Version

²⁴You must not offer to the Lord an animal whose testicles are bruised, crushed, torn or cut.^(A) You must not do this in your own land,

23 “No man whose testicles have been crushed^[a] or whose penis has been cut off may enter the Lord’s assembly.

23 ^[a]No one who has been emasculated^(A) by crushing or cutting may enter the assembly of the Lord.
