Leviticus 22:9-11
English Standard Version
9 They shall therefore keep my charge, (A)lest they bear sin for it and die thereby when they profane it: (B)I am the Lord who sanctifies them.
10 (C)“A lay person shall not eat of a holy thing; no foreign guest of the priest or hired worker shall eat of a holy thing, 11 but if a priest buys a slave[a] as his property for money, the slave[b] may eat of it, and (D)anyone born in his house may eat of his food.

9 “‘The priests are to perform my service(A) in such a way that they do not become guilty(B) and die(C) for treating it with contempt. I am the Lord, who makes them holy.(D)
10 “‘No one outside a priest’s family may eat the sacred offering, nor may the guest of a priest or his hired worker eat it.(E) 11 But if a priest buys a slave with money, or if slaves are born in his household, they may eat his food.(F)
