Leviticus 24:22-23

22 Ye shall have one (A)law: it shall be as well for the stranger as for one born in the country, for I am the Lord your God.
23 ¶ Then [a]Moses told the children of Israel, and they brought the blasphemer out of the host, and stoned him with stones: so the children of Israel did as the Lord had commanded Moses.

New International Version
22 You are to have the same law for the foreigner(A) and the native-born.(B) I am the Lord your God.’”
23 Then Moses spoke to the Israelites, and they took the blasphemer outside the camp and stoned him.(C) The Israelites did as the Lord commanded Moses.
