¹⁸ “You are to keep My statutes and ordinances and carefully observe them, so that you may live securely in the land.^(A)

¹⁰ When you cross the Jordan and live in the land the Lord your God is giving you to inherit,^(A) and He gives you rest from all the enemies around you and you live in security,

³⁷ I am about to gather them from all the lands where I have banished them in My anger, rage and great wrath, and I will return them to this place and make them live in safety.^(A)

²⁵ “I will make a covenant of peace^(A) with them and eliminate dangerous animals^(B) in the land, so that they may live securely^(C) in the wilderness and sleep in the forest.
