Leviticus 25:26-28
New Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition
26 If the person has no one to redeem it, but then prospers and finds sufficient means to do so, 27 the years since its sale shall be computed and the difference shall be refunded to the person to whom it was sold, and the property shall be returned. 28 But if there are not sufficient means to recover it, what was sold shall remain with the purchaser until the year of jubilee; in the jubilee it shall be released, and the property shall be returned.

New International Version
26 If, however, there is no one to redeem it for them but later on they prosper(A) and acquire sufficient means to redeem it themselves, 27 they are to determine the value for the years(B) since they sold it and refund the balance to the one to whom they sold it; they can then go back to their own property.(C) 28 But if they do not acquire the means to repay, what was sold will remain in the possession of the buyer until the Year of Jubilee. It will be returned(D) in the Jubilee, and they can then go back to their property.(E)
