²⁸then in my anger^(A) I will be hostile^(B) toward you, and I myself will punish you for your sins seven times over.^(C)

²⁸Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

¹⁴“And here you are, a brood of sinners, standing in the place of your fathers and making the Lord even more angry with Israel.^(A)
