29 You will eat the flesh of your sons, and you will eat the flesh of your daughters. 30 I will destroy your high places,[a] cut down your incense burners, and place your corpses on the corpses of your filthy idols. With all my heart I will detest you. 31 I will turn your towns into a wasteland and make your holy places desolate, and I will not smell the pleasing aroma of your sacrifices.

29 You will eat(A) the flesh of your sons and the flesh of your daughters.(B) 30 I will destroy your high places,(C) cut down your incense altars(D) and pile your dead bodies[a] on the lifeless forms of your idols,(E) and I will abhor(F) you. 31 I will turn your cities into ruins(G) and lay waste(H) your sanctuaries,(I) and I will take no delight in the pleasing aroma of your offerings.(J)
