Leviticus 26:43-45
Legacy Standard Bible
43 (A)For the land will be forsaken by them and will make up for its sabbaths while it is made desolate without them. They, meanwhile, will be making up for their iniquity [a]because they rejected My judgments and their (B)soul loathed My statutes. 44 Yet in spite of this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them, nor will I so (C)loathe them as (D)to bring an end to them, (E)breaking My covenant with them; for I am Yahweh their God. 45 But I will remember for them the (F)covenant with their ancestors, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that (G)I might be their God. I am Yahweh.’”

They will pay for their sins because they rejected(B) my laws and abhorred my decrees.(C) 44 Yet in spite of this, when they are in the land of their enemies,(D) I will not reject them or abhor(E) them so as to destroy them completely,(F) breaking my covenant(G) with them. I am the Lord their God. 45 But for their sake I will remember(H) the covenant with their ancestors whom I brought out of Egypt(I) in the sight of the nations to be their God. I am the Lord.’”
