Leviticus 27:12-14

12 and the priest shall value it as either good or bad; as the priest values it, so it shall be. 13 (A)But if he wishes to redeem it, he shall add a (B)fifth to the valuation.
14 “When a man dedicates his house as a holy gift to the Lord, the priest shall value it as either good or bad; as the priest values it, so it shall stand.

12 who will judge its quality as good or bad. Whatever value the priest then sets, that is what it will be. 13 If the owner wishes to redeem(A) the animal, a fifth must be added to its value.(B)
