Leviticus 27:12-14

12 The kohen is to evaluate it, whether it is good or bad. As the kohen values it, so it will be. 13 But if he would redeem it, then he is to add a fifth to its valuation.
14 “If a man consecrates his house as holy to Adonai, then the kohen is to evaluate it, whether it is good or bad. As the kohen evaluates it, so it will stand.

12 who will judge its quality as good or bad. Whatever value the priest then sets, that is what it will be. 13 If the owner wishes to redeem(A) the animal, a fifth must be added to its value.(B)
14 “‘If anyone dedicates their house as something holy to the Lord, the priest will judge its quality as good or bad. Whatever value the priest then sets, so it will remain.
