25 And all your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: (A)twenty gerahs to the shekel.
26 ‘But the (B)firstborn of the animals, which should be the Lord’s firstborn, no man shall dedicate; whether it is an ox or sheep, it is the Lord’s. 27 And if it is an unclean animal, then he shall redeem it according to your valuation, and (C)shall add one-fifth to it; or if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

25 Every value is to be set according to the sanctuary shekel,(A) twenty gerahs(B) to the shekel.
26 “‘No one, however, may dedicate the firstborn of an animal, since the firstborn already belongs to the Lord;(C) whether an ox[a] or a sheep, it is the Lord’s. 27 If it is one of the unclean animals,(D) it may be bought back at its set value, adding a fifth of the value to it. If it is not redeemed, it is to be sold at its set value.
