Leviticus 27:31-33
New American Standard Bible
31 If, therefore, someone should ever want to redeem part of his tithe, he shall add to it a fifth of it. 32 For every tenth part of herd or flock, whatever (A)passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the Lord. 33 (B)He is not to be concerned whether it is good or bad, nor shall he exchange it; yet if he does exchange it, then both it and its substitute shall become holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

New International Version
31 Whoever would redeem(A) any of their tithe must add a fifth of the value(B) to it. 32 Every tithe of the herd and flock—every tenth animal that passes under the shepherd’s rod(C)—will be holy to the Lord. 33 No one may pick out the good from the bad or make any substitution.(D) If anyone does make a substitution, both the animal and its substitute become holy and cannot be redeemed.(E)’”
