Leviticus 27:7-9

7 The price for a man who is 60 years old or older is 15 shekels. The price for a woman is 10 shekels.
8 “If anyone is too poor to pay the price, bring that person to the priest. The priest will decide how much money the person can afford to pay.

9 “You might promise to give an animal to the Lord. If it is a clean animal—one that is acceptable as an offering to the Lord—then the animal you bring will become holy.

Leviticus 27:7-9
New International Version
7 for a person sixty years old or more, set the value of a male at fifteen shekels[a] and of a female at ten shekels. 8 If anyone making the vow is too poor to pay(A) the specified amount, the person being dedicated is to be presented to the priest, who will set the value(B) according to what the one making the vow can afford.
9 “‘If what they vowed is an animal that is acceptable as an offering to the Lord,(C) such an animal given to the Lord becomes holy.(D)
