16 Then the priest will burn them on the altar. It is food, an offering by fire to the Lord. It is a soothing aroma. All the fat belongs to Yahweh. 17 This is a permanent law for generations to come wherever you live: Never eat any fat or blood.”

16 The priest shall burn them on the altar(A) as a food offering,(B) a pleasing aroma.(C) All the fat(D) is the Lord’s.(E)

17 “‘This is a lasting ordinance(F) for the generations to come,(G) wherever you live:(H) You must not eat any fat or any blood.(I)’”
