Leviticus 3:3-5

3 From the peace offering he shall offer up the following as a burnt offering to the Lord: the fat above and surrounding the entrails, 4 the two kidneys and their fat, the fat around the loins, and the lobe of the liver that he will detach along with the kidneys. 5 The sons of Aaron shall burn it on the altar, on the burnt offering[a] that is on the burning wood. It is a burnt offering, a pleasing fragrance to the Lord.

New International Version
3 From the fellowship offering you are to bring a food offering to the Lord: the internal organs(A) and all the fat(B) that is connected to them, 4 both kidneys(C) with the fat on them near the loins, and the long lobe of the liver, which you will remove with the kidneys. 5 Then Aaron’s sons(D) are to burn it on the altar(E) on top of the burnt offering(F) that is lying on the burning wood;(G) it is a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(H)
