31 Then the priest must remove all the goat’s fat in the same way the fat is removed from the fellowship offerings. He must burn it on the altar as a smell pleasing to the Lord. In this way the priest will remove that person’s sin so he will belong to the Lord, and the Lord will forgive him.

32 “‘If this person brings a lamb as his offering for sin, he must bring a female that has nothing wrong with it. 33 He must put his hand on the animal’s head and kill it as a sin offering in the place where the whole burnt offering is killed.

31 They shall remove all the fat, just as the fat is removed from the fellowship offering, and the priest shall burn it on the altar(A) as an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(B) In this way the priest will make atonement(C) for them, and they will be forgiven.(D)

32 “‘If someone brings a lamb(E) as their sin offering, they are to bring a female without defect.(F) 33 They are to lay their hand on its head and slaughter it(G) for a sin offering(H) at the place where the burnt offering is slaughtered.(I)

31 And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat is taken away from off the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn it upon the altar for a sweet savour unto the Lord; and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him.

32 And if he bring a lamb for a sin offering, he shall bring it a female without blemish.

33 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay it for a sin offering in the place where they kill the burnt offering.
