Leviticus 6:13-15

13 Fire shall be kept burning on the altar continually; it shall not go out.
14 “And this is the law of (A)the grain offering. The sons of Aaron shall offer it before the Lord in front of the altar. 15 And one shall take from it a handful of the fine flour of the grain offering and its oil and all the frankincense that is on the grain offering and burn this as its (B)memorial portion on the altar, a pleasing aroma to the Lord.

New International Version
13 The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out.
The Grain Offering
14 “‘These are the regulations for the grain offering:(A) Aaron’s sons are to bring it before the Lord, in front of the altar. 15 The priest is to take a handful of the finest flour and some olive oil, together with all the incense(B) on the grain offering,(C) and burn the memorial[a] portion(D) on the altar as an aroma pleasing to the Lord.
