⁴ once he has sinned^(A) and acknowledged his guilt^(B)—he must return what he stole or defrauded, or the deposit entrusted to him, or the lost item he found,

⁴⁸ But the one who did not know and did things deserving^(A) of blows will be beaten lightly. Much will be required of everyone who has been given much. And even more will be expected of the one who has been entrusted with more.^[a](B)
