Leviticus 7:30-32

The Voice

³⁰ He is to present the fire-offerings to Me with his own hands. Bring the fat along with the breast so that the breast can be lifted up as a wave offering to Me. ³¹ The officiating priest is to offer the fat as smoke on the altar, but the breast will belong to Aaron and his sons. ³² The right thigh from the sacrifice of your peace offerings is to go to the priest as your contribution to his service.
