Leviticus 8:26-28

26 (A)From the basket of unleavened bread that was before the Lord, he took one unleavened cake and one cake of bread mixed with oil and one wafer, and placed them on the portions of fat and on the right thigh. 27 He then (B)put all these on the hands of Aaron and on the hands of his sons and presented them as a wave offering before the Lord. 28 Then Moses (C)took them from their hands and offered them up in smoke on the altar with the burnt offering. They were an ordination offering for (D)a soothing aroma; it was an offering by fire to the Lord.

New International Version
26 And from the basket of bread made without yeast, which was before the Lord, he took one thick loaf, one thick loaf with olive oil mixed in, and one thin loaf,(A) and he put these on the fat portions and on the right thigh. 27 He put all these in the hands of Aaron and his sons, and they waved them before the Lord(B) as a wave offering. 28 Then Moses took them from their hands and burned them on the altar on top of the burnt offering as an ordination offering, a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the Lord.
