²⁵ and ^(A)whoever picks up any of their carcasses shall wash his clothes and be unclean until evening.

^13 (A)Anyone who touches a dead body, the ^[a]body of a person who has died, and does not purify himself, ^(B)defiles the ^[b]tabernacle of the Lord; and that person shall be cut off from Israel. Since the water for impurity was not ^(C)sprinkled on him, he will be unclean; his uncleanness is still on him.

⁴ and when they come from the marketplace, they do not eat unless they ^[a]completely cleanse themselves; and there are many other things which they have received as traditions to firmly hold, such as the ^[b]washing of ^(A)cups, pitchers, and copper pots.)
