Leviticus 14:23-25

²³ He shall bring them to the priest on the eighth day of his cleansing, at the entrance to the tent of meeting before the Lord. ²⁴ The priest shall take the lamb of the guilt offering and the log measure of oil, and the priest shall wave them as a wave offering before the Lord. ²⁵ He shall slay the lamb of the guilt offering. The priest shall take the blood of the guilt offering and put it on the right ear lobe of the one who is being cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the big toe of his right foot.
