^28 (A)Which the clouds drop down
And pour abundantly on man.

⁶ For ^(A)He says to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth’;
Likewise to the ^[a]gentle rain and the heavy rain of His strength.

^13 (A)He causes it to come,
Whether for ^[a]correction,
Or ^(B)for His land,
Or ^(C)for mercy.

^28 (A)Has the rain a father?
Or who has begotten the drops of dew?

^7 (A)He causes the ^[a]vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth;
^(B)He makes lightning for the rain;
He brings the wind out of His ^(C)treasuries.

^22 (A)Are there any among ^(B)the idols of the nations that can cause ^(C)rain?
Or can the heavens give showers?
^(D)Are You not He, O Lord our God?
Therefore we will wait for You,
Since You have made all these.
