Luke 13:32-34

32 And He said to them, “Go and tell that fox, ‘Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I [a](A)reach My goal.’ 33 Nevertheless (B)I must journey on today and tomorrow and the next day; for it cannot be that a (C)prophet would perish outside of Jerusalem. 34 (D)O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones those sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, (E)just as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not have it!

32 He replied, “Go tell that fox, ‘I will keep on driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach my goal.’(A) 33 In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet(B) can die outside Jerusalem!
34 “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings,(C) and you were not willing.
