3 [a]Be on your guard! (A)If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. 4 And if he sins against you (B)seven times a day, and returns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”
5 (C)The apostles said to (D)the Lord, “Increase our faith!” 6 But (E)the Lord said, “If you [b]had faith [c]the size of (F)a mustard seed, you could say to this (G)mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea’; and it would [d]obey you.

3 So watch yourselves.
“If your brother or sister[a] sins against you, rebuke them;(A) and if they repent, forgive them.(B) 4 Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying ‘I repent,’ you must forgive them.”(C)
5 The apostles(D) said to the Lord,(E) “Increase our faith!”
6 He replied, “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed,(F) you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you.(G)
