^23 (A)When He began His ministry, Jesus Himself was about thirty years of age, being, ^[a]as was supposed, the son of ^(B)Joseph, ^[b]the son of ^[c]Eli,

²² And all were ^[a]speaking well of Him, and wondering at the ^[b]gracious words which ^[c]were falling from His lips; and they were saying, “^(A)Is this not Joseph’s son?”

⁴² They were saying, “^(A)Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother ^(B)we know? How does He now say, ‘^(C)I have come down out of heaven’?”
