Jesus before the Sanhedrin

^66 (A)When it was day, ^(B)the ^[a]Council of elders of the people assembled, both chief priests and scribes, and they led Him away to their ^(C)council chamber, saying,

²¹ Upon hearing this, they entered into the temple area ^(A)about daybreak and began to teach.

Now when ^(B)the high priest and his associates came, they called ^(C)the ^[a]Council together, that is, all the Senate of the sons of Israel, and sent orders to the prison for them to be brought.

¹⁴ Do not neglect the spiritual gift within you, which was granted to you through words of ^(A)prophecy with ^(B)the laying on of hands by the ^[a](C)council of elders.
