3 So Pilate asked him, “Are you their Messiah—their King?”[a]
“Yes,” Jesus replied, “it is as you say.”
4 Then Pilate turned to the chief priests and to the mob and said, “So? That isn’t a crime!”
5 Then they became desperate. “But he is causing riots against the government everywhere he goes, all over Judea, from Galilee to Jerusalem!”

New International Version
3 So Pilate asked Jesus, “Are you the king of the Jews?”
“You have said so,” Jesus replied.
4 Then Pilate announced to the chief priests and the crowd, “I find no basis for a charge against this man.”(A)
5 But they insisted, “He stirs up the people all over Judea by his teaching. He started in Galilee(B) and has come all the way here.”
