38 (A)There was also an inscription over him,[a] “This is (B)the King of the Jews.”
39 (C)One of the criminals who were hanged (D)railed at him,[b] saying, “Are you not (E)the Christ? Save yourself and us!” 40 But the other rebuked him, saying, “Do you not fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation?
