²⁷ Then beginning with Moses^(A) and all the Prophets,^(B) he interpreted for them the things concerning himself in all the Scriptures.^(C)

⁴⁴ He told them, “These are my words^(A) that I spoke to you while I was still with you—that everything written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets,^(B) and the Psalms^(C) must be fulfilled.”

²⁷ Since the residents of Jerusalem and their rulers did not recognize him or the sayings of the prophets that are read every Sabbath, they have fulfilled their words by condemning him.^(A)
