⁴While they were perplexed about this, suddenly two men stood by them in dazzling^(A) clothes.

⁴While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning^(A) stood beside them.

⁴And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:

¹²She saw two angels^(A) in white sitting there, one at the head and one at the feet, where Jesus’ body^(B) had been lying.

¹²and saw two angels in white,^(A) seated where Jesus’ body had been, one at the head and the other at the foot.

¹²And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
