14 And He ordered him to tell no one, “But having gone, show yourself to the priest[a] and offer the things for your cleansing just as Moses commanded, for a testimony to them”. 15 But the word about Him was spreading more, and large crowds were coming together to hear, and to be cured from their infirmities. 16 But He was retreating within the desolate places and praying.

14 Then Jesus ordered him, “Don’t tell anyone,(A) but go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded(B) for your cleansing, as a testimony to them.”
15 Yet the news about him spread all the more,(C) so that crowds of people came to hear him and to be healed of their sicknesses. 16 But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.(D)
