³⁶And one of the Pharisees desired him that he would eat with him. And he went into the Pharisee's house, and sat down to meat.

³⁷While Jesus^[a] was speaking, ^(A)a Pharisee asked him to dine with him, so he went in and reclined at table.

³⁷And as he spake, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.
