⁴⁹ And behold, ^(A)I am sending the promise of My Father upon you; but ^(B)you are to stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.”

⁸ but you will receive power ^(A)when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be ^(B)My witnesses both in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and ^(C)Samaria, and as far as ^(D)the remotest part of the earth.”

³³ And ^(A)with great power the apostles were giving ^(B)testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and abundant grace was upon them all.

⁴ and my ^[a]message and my preaching were ^(A)not in persuasive words of ^[b]wisdom, but in demonstration of ^(B)the Spirit and of power,
