Jesus Again Foretells His Death

^(B)But while they were all marvelling at everything he was doing, Jesus^[a] said ^(C)to his disciples,

^22 (A)saying, ^(B)“The Son of Man must ^(C)suffer many things and ^(D)be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and on ^(E)the third day be raised.”
