12 Immediately(F) the Spirit(G) drove(H) Him into the wilderness.(I) 13 He was in the wilderness 40 days, being tempted(J) by Satan.(K) He was with the wild animals,(L) and the angels(M) began to serve Him.

11 And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son,(A) whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”(B)
12 At once the Spirit sent him out into the wilderness, 13 and he was in the wilderness forty days,(C) being tempted[a] by Satan.(D) He was with the wild animals, and angels attended him.
