Mark 1:5-7
New Life Version
5 People from over all the country of Judea and from Jerusalem came to him. They told of their sins and were baptized by John in the Jordan River.
6 John wore clothes made of hair from camels. He had a leather belt around him. His food was locusts and wild honey. 7 He preached, saying, “One is coming after me Who is greater than I. I am not good enough to get down and help Him take off His shoes.

5 The whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went out to him. Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River. 6 John wore clothing made of camel’s hair, with a leather belt around his waist,(A) and he ate locusts(B) and wild honey. 7 And this was his message: “After me comes the one more powerful than I, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie.(C)
