²⁹ Jesus answered, “The most important is, ^(A)‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, ^(B)the Lord is one.

⁹ And ^(A)the Lord will be king over all the earth. ^(B)On that day the Lord will be ^(C)one and ^(D)his name one.

^3 (A)And this is eternal life, ^(B)that they know you, ^(C)the only ^(D)true God, and ^(E)Jesus Christ whom you have sent.

⁴ Therefore, as to the eating of food offered to idols, we know that ^(A)“an idol has no real existence,” and that ^(B)“there is no God but one.”
