⁴³ So He called His disciples to Himself and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that ^(A)this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury;

⁴⁴ for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, ^(A)her whole livelihood.”

³ So He said, “Truly I say to you ^(A)that this poor widow has put in more than all;

⁴ for all these out of their abundance have put in offerings ^[a]for God, but she out of her poverty put in ^(A)all the livelihood that she had.”

⁷ So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, ^(A)not grudgingly or of ^[a]necessity; for ^(B)God loves a cheerful giver.
