18 and began to salute Him, “Hail, King of the Jews!” 19 Then they (A)struck Him on the head with a reed and spat on Him; and bowing the knee, they worshiped Him. 20 And when they had (B)mocked Him, they took the purple off Him, put His own clothes on Him, and led Him out to crucify Him.

Falling on their knees, they paid homage to him. 20 And when they had mocked him, they took off the purple robe and put his own clothes on him. Then they led him out(B) to crucify him.
