33 But the people saw them departing, and many knew Him and ran there on foot out of every city. They arrived first and came together to Him. 34 When Jesus came out and saw many people, He was moved with compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. And He began to teach them many things.
35 When the day was now getting late, His disciples came to Him and said, “This is a remote place, and now the time is passing.

33 But many who saw them leaving recognized them and ran on foot from all the towns and got there ahead of them. 34 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd.(A) So he began teaching them many things.
35 By this time it was late in the day, so his disciples came to him. “This is a remote place,” they said, “and it’s already very late.
