Mark 7:34-36
Common English Bible
34 Looking into heaven, Jesus sighed deeply and said, “Ephphatha,” which means, “Open up.” 35 At once, his ears opened, his twisted tongue was released, and he began to speak clearly.
36 Jesus gave the people strict orders not to tell anyone. But the more he tried to silence them, the more eagerly they shared the news.

34 He looked up to heaven(A) and with a deep sigh(B) said to him, “Ephphatha!” (which means “Be opened!”). 35 At this, the man’s ears were opened, his tongue was loosened and he began to speak plainly.(C)
36 Jesus commanded them not to tell anyone.(D) But the more he did so, the more they kept talking about it.
