34 and looking up to heaven with a deep (A)sigh, He *said to him, “Ephphatha!” that is, “Be opened!” 35 And his ears were opened, and the [a]impediment of his tongue [b]was removed, and he began speaking plainly. 36 And (B)He gave them orders not to tell anyone; but the more He ordered them, the more widely they (C)continued to proclaim it.

34 He looked up to heaven(A) and with a deep sigh(B) said to him, “Ephphatha!” (which means “Be opened!”). 35 At this, the man’s ears were opened, his tongue was loosened and he began to speak plainly.(C)
36 Jesus commanded them not to tell anyone.(D) But the more he did so, the more they kept talking about it.
