3 (A)And when he was in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at table, there came a woman having a box of ointment of Spikenard, very costly, and she brake the box, and poured it on his head.
4 [a]Therefore some disdained among themselves, and said, To what end is this waste of ointment?
5 For it might have been sold for more than [b]three hundred pence, and been given unto the poor, and they murmured against her.
