Matthew 12:20-22
New American Standard Bible
20 (A)A bent reed He will not break off,
And a dimly burning wick He will not extinguish,
Until He [a]leads [b]justice to victory.
21 (B)And in His name the [c]Gentiles will hope.”
The Pharisees Rebuked
22 (C)Then a (D)demon-possessed man who was blind and unable to speak was brought to [d]Jesus, and He healed him so that the man who was unable to speak talked and [e]could see.

New International Version

and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out,
till he has brought justice through to victory.
